We will assess your needs and, if a meeting is necessary, we will schedule an appointment with you at our offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that no meetings will be possible without a prior appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"contact-the-department\">Contact the department<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tel: (819)242-8762 #3<br>Email:  <a href=\"mailto:urbanisme@gslr.ca\">urbanisme@gslr.ca<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"permit-forms\">Permit forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before submitting your form, please ensure that you include all of the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A signed power of attorney from the owner allowing the applicant to apply for a permit on their behalf (if applicable);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof that the land on which the construction is to be built is owned by the applicant, if the applicant acquired the land less than one (1) year ago;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since your land is part of a lot, you must hire a land surveyor to carry out a cadastral operation to identify your lot on the official cadastral map;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plans and precise details concerning water withdrawal (use, flow rate, location, elevation, type of construction and materials used) (provincial law, mandatory);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The contract or bid from the well driller hired to do the drilling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A development report including a soil study and a scaled location plan provided by a professional order accredited for septic systems (provincial law, mandatory);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The contract or bid from the well driller hired to do the drilling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A development report including a soil study and a scaled location plan provided by a professional order accredited for septic systems.
