datetime=\"2026-02-18T14:17:02.515Z\">18 February 2026<\/time><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Property owners will receive their tax bills for 2026 in the coming days.<br>A quick reminder of the payment dates: April 15, June 15, August 15, and October 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that if you prefer, you can always send us advance monthly payments (or at your convenience) if this makes it easier to manage your budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information on taxes and the assessment
