IMPORTANT REMINDERS – COLLECTION BINS – SWOW REMOVAL
This winter has been very busy for our public works department in terms of snow removal. To ensure efficient and safe collections and to facilitate snow removal and grit spreading operations, please follow these instructions:
đź•– When should I put out my bin?
– From 7 p.m. on the evening before collection.
đźź« How should I position it?
– The lid must be completely CLOSED.
– Place the wheels and handle toward your home.
– Leave a 2-foot (0.61 m) clearance all around to allow the mechanical arm to operate properly.
đź“Ť Where should you place your bin?
– In your private driveway only.
❌ Do not leave it on the street.
❌ Do not leave it on the sidewalk.
