Complete closure of Kilmar Road, from north of 10th Concession to Lake Otter Road, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. No local traffic will be permitted. Detour via Rivière-Rouge road. The 10th Concession will remain accessible from the south and Otter Lake Road from the north.

🚱BOIL WATER ADVISORY – CALUMET SECTOR

Major work is being carried out on the water main. You must boil water vigorously for 1 minute before drinking it or using it for cooking. In addition, there will be water service interruptions between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. from November 5 to 8.

Start and duration of work: November 4 to 7
Impact on traffic: no traffic permitted, detour via Colibris or Principale

AVOCA ROAD CLOSURE
Location: between street numbers 75 and 107
Start and duration of work: October 17 and 20. The road will be accessible on weekends.
Traffic impact: local traffic and emergency vehicles only.

Location: between Welden and Route 148.
Start and duration of work: extended until November 14, inclusive.
Traffic impacts: local traffic and emergency vehicles only.

Nature of work: Repair of road structure including paving, ditch, culvert, and blasting.
Location: Start of construction: 50 m before the Hydro-Québec station
End of construction: 100 m before the Rourke road
Start of work and duration: Week of September 14th, for 12 weeks
Impact on traffic: Alternating traffic. If necessary, complete closures will be communicated in advance.

Kilmar Project – 10th Concession sector

UPDATE 10-08-2025
COMPLETE CLOSURE OF KILMAR ROAD
Location: north of 10th Concession Road to Otter Lake Road. 10th Concession Road and Otter Lake Road remain accessible.
Start and duration of work: October 14 to November 14, 2025.
Impact on traffic: No local traffic will be permitted; the road will be excavated to a depth of 3 meters across its entire width.
Detour via Chemin de la Rivière Rouge.

Nature of the work: Repair of the road structure, including paving, ditches, culverts, and excavation of topsoi
Location: Start of construction: 350 m before 10th Concession Road. End of construction: 650 m after 10th Concession Road
Start of work and duration: Week of September 14th, for 14 weeks plus 2 weeks in spring 2026
Impact on traffic: Alternating traffic. A complete closure with a detour north of 10th Concession will be in place for approximately 2 weeks. The exact dates will be communicated in advance.
