We are pleased to announce that improvement work at Paul-Bougie Park will begin on July 31.
The project includes a complete renovation of the ice rink:
- New ice surface
- Construction of pickleball courts
- Construction of a mini-basketball court
- New boards
- New lighting
We will also build a sledding hill on the east side of the ice rink.
Depending on Mother Nature’s whims, this work is expected to be completed in October. During construction, increased traffic and noise are to be expected in the area.
In addition, this section of the park will be closed to the public. The rest of the park and the playground, behind the Paul-Bougie Centre, will remain accessible.
