Quebec law requires municipalities to carry out periodic inspections of buildings on their territory, in order to keep the data on property files up to date. The MRC has mandated LBP to evaluate properties in GSLR, starting Wednesday June 25, between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Saturday. All appraisers are clearly identified.
The owners concerned have already received a letter informing them of this inspection, as well as a form to fill in.
