Request for English communications
The Municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge is committed to communicating effectively with its entire population. In accordance with our obligations, all our official publications—including the municipal newsletter La Source, the annual calendar, and our information brochures—are first distributed in French, the official language of Quebec.
However, many citizens also prefer to receive information in English. To ensure inclusive and accessible communication, we therefore offer the option of receiving an English version of these publications upon request.
Non-permanent residents
All our publications are sent to permanent residents. However, if you are not a permanent resident of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge but would like to receive our publications, please let us know.
If you ask to receive our communications in English, once your request has been registered, all future printed communications will be sent to you in that language. Please note that, in accordance with the law, you will also receive these same documents in French.
To inform us of your desire to receive publications as a non-resident AND/OR if you wish to receive our municipal documents in English, you can notify us in one of the following ways:
- By filling out the form at the TownHall;
- By email: [email protected] (please indicate your complete name, your address and your phone number);
