Good news for owners of pools installed before July 22, 2010 👇
The Quebec government has announced a postponement of at least one year for compliance with the Residential Swimming Pool Safety Regulations, initially scheduled for September 30, 2025.
📌 Until then, no fines or notices of violation will be issued for pools covered by this postponement.
⚠️ Please note: This tolerance only applies to pools installed before July 22, 2010. New installations must still comply with the rules in force.
