Complete closure of Kilmar Road, from north of 10th Concession to Lake Otter Road, đŸđ«đšđŠ đŽđœđ­đšđ›đžđ« 𝟏𝟒 𝐭𝐹 đđšđŻđžđŠđ›đžđ« 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. No local traffic will be permitted. Detour via RiviĂšre-Rouge road. The 10th Concession will remain accessible from the south and Otter Lake Road from the north.
